- How to schedule your Instagram posts?
Step One
- Select the "Posts" tab
- When you first click on this tab, you have to Set Your Time Zone
- If you want to change the time zone, click on the "Settings" button
- Click on the "Save" button


Step Two
- Drag & Drop the files that you want to upload OR
- Click on the "Select File" button to choose your files
- Choose whether you want the selected files to be published as an Album or Separate Posts
- Click on the "Next" button



Note:
If you choose to publish the selected files as Separate Posts, a draft will be created for each photo. You have to do the Step Three & Four for each draft separately to schedule them.




Step Three
Set the Post Parameters:
- Choose the Aspect Ratio of the image
- Apply Filters to all images at once
- Add Watermark to all images at once
- Change The Order of images by dragging or using the Swap buttons
- Utilize more Editing Options by clicking on the Edit button
- Tag Users by clicking on the Tag button



Note:
If you wish to apply Different Filters or Watermarks to each photo, click on the Edit button on each photo and proceed to make the changes as you wish.


Step Four
Set Description and Post Settings:
- Write the Caption of the image
- Set The Publishing Date and Time
- Click on "+Add Date" to schedule recurring publishing dates if needed
- Schedule The Removal of the post if needed
- Add a Location for your post
- Disable the Comments if you want
- Add The First Comment to include more details and Hashtags
- Order Likes or Views for the post
- Set to publish the post on your Other Accounts
- Move to Draft if the post is not ready to be scheduled
- Click on the Publish button to finish the procedure

- To Edit a published post, simply click on the post and you will be able to edit as you can do on Instagram app
- To Delete a published post, simply click on The Delete button at the down right corner of the post
- To Delete multiple published posts, select the desired posts and then click on the "Delete Checked Posts" button
- If The Comments Manager Service is activated, you can manage posts comments by clicking on The Comments button beneath each photo
- To duplicate and re-schedule a published post, click on The Duplicate button next to the trash button
