How to Clear YouTube Cache on PC
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of your Google Chrome browser.
Step 2: Click More Tools and then Clear browsing data. You can also use the shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+Del) to do so.


Step 3: Select the ‘Basic’ tab. Once the Time range is confirmed, select the ‘Browsing History, Cookies, Other Site Data, or Cache Images and Files’ option.
Step 4: Select ‘Clear data’. YouTube’s cookies and the cache will be erased after that.


Note: You have removed YouTube cache and cookies, so you must sign in to your account again to view YouTube.

How to Clear YouTube Cache on Android and iPhones
On phones, you can clear YouTube cache differently than on computers. Depending on which browser you use to watch YouTube videos, the solutions are different. Let’s look at how it works.
Clear Google Chrome Cache on Android and iPhones
Launch Chrome on Android or iPhone.
Step 1: On Android, the three dots icon appears in the top-right corner of the interface; on iPhone, it appears in the lower-right corner.
Step 2: Select History > Clear browsing data.


Step 3: Select the items you wish to delete, including browsing
history, cookies, site data, etc.
Step 4: Confirm erasing the selected data—tap Clear data on Android and Clear browsing data on iPhone.


Clear Safari Cache on iPhone and iPad
Step 1: Tap on the Settings icon
Step 2: Scroll down
and Tap on Safari
Step 3: Find “Clear History
and Website Data” and Tap on it
Step 4: Confirm the action by Tapping on “Clear History and Data”
