Here is how to find posts you liked on Instagram on IOS devices:
1- Open your Instagram app & then go to your profile page
2- Tap on the “Three horizontal lines” on the top right corner of the screen
3- Go to “Settings” and then tap on “Account”
4- Scroll down and tap on “Post’s You’ve Liked”
There they are. No matter you’ve liked a post recently or a year ago, You can scroll down to find it. But beware that according to Instagram, you can only see the last 300 recently liked posts. So, if you have scrolled down and yet not found the intended post, I am afraid you won’t be able to find it.

1- On your Instagram, go to your profile page
